Change default forum post text color?

Using Simple::Press 5.5.4 with cool-blue 1.2.13 theme.

What's the most efficient way to change the default post text color from #777777 to #333333?

And how do I ensure that default doesn't change after updates?

your changes are now safe from upgrades...

I assume you mean default theme with cool-blue overlay...

then in the default.css stylesheet your create, add this:

#spMainContainer .spTopicPostSection .spPostSection .spPostContentSection .spPostContent {
color: #333333;
}

and you should be golden... er, black...
