CSS Theme - Remember Me Button

I have had this issue since the launch of the website, when logged out and attempting to login, the theme displays two Remember Me buttons, both the left of the text, but neither can be selected. I am attaching a screen shot of what I see.

I would assume from this that you have another, separate login form on the page. The problem is that because WP requires very specific control names for the login fields then if there is more than one being shown they will conflict with each other and actually, of course, create invalid HTML.
Your wisest way forward is to remove one of them. If the forum one then you will need to make an edit to the spHead.php template of your SP theme to remove the login button and the login form from the display.
