Default 1.2.9 - buttons aren't positioned correctly on smaller screens

On smaller screens the buttons aren't stacking correctly at the top of the forum, how is best to solve this?:

Hey Ashley,
It's always a bit tricky with smaller displays, but can you be specific? For example if the problem is viewing the forum on a mobile or tablet, you can specify themes to be used when viewed through these devices.
Take a look at forum themes in the admin panel and you have sub options for setting these. Give unified theme a try, as it is responsive it is designed for smaller screens.
