Hey guys :)

I'm in need of your assistance again :D I very much appreciate all the help you've given me over the past few months! This on I wasn't able to find a topic on.

Just like on your forum here, I would like to add a speech symbol like the one's you have here (On the left, pointing towards the username).

How can I go about achieving this?

Many thanks!

Hey,

I've just had a look through the topic but couldn't find what I was looking for! :( I think the topic is about making the navigation in line. Maybe I missed something?

What I'm trying to do is make an author speech bubble like how you guys have it here! That triangle image pointing towards the author to appear like the post is the user speaking.

Thanks for your help!

Adam.

If you want to create the arrow I would start with this thread. https://simple-press.com/suppo.....ur-avatar/ It's a few pages long but gives a lot of info.

Thanks for the help guys!

I've managed to get it to appear following the guide you pointed me too, unfortunately I'm having some trouble getting it the position I'd like. Could you help me through this too?

Here is where I have it so far; forum post

As you can see, the image seems to be on the inside and I can't seem to shift it any more over to the left! This is all still so very new to me so please excuse my lack of know how!

Many thanks!

I dont see any of the css for the arrow that you need...  did you add it?  something like:

#spMainContainer .spAuthorArrow {
    position: relative;
    right: 33px;
    top: 22px;
}
