Hi Guys,
Our main website silversurfers.com went down today for about 25 minutes due to a problem with MySQL.
There were a number of queries querying the wp_options table that were taking a suspiciously long time.
MySQL was taken down to run a MyISAM check on the database which resolved a number of errors and now the same queries are finishing inside of a second and the website became responsive again.
However the only page that won't load on the site is the forum page: http://www.silversurfers.com/forum/
I have tried clearing a few caches in housekeeping to no effect. can you shed any light on it please?

Not really no. But it sounds like you may have some corruptions in the database so have you actually run a check against all of the tables? This seems to me something that ought to be done. Check all of the DB tables and repair if necessary. And optimise while at it - something that would be worth doing at least once a week.
