Forum home page duplicate

For some reason the forum home page is duplicated (changed to a duplicate 2 days ago).  It has the same page on top and bottom, with the exception that the bottom one is nested inside of the woo theme we are using for wordpress.

Any ideas?

Go to the forum admin > Integration > Page and Permalink. Down the bottom is a section titled 'Theme Display Options'. try turning on the top and/or middle one to see if that solves it.
