It appears my forum has lost the formatting. Threads start out ok, except it appears the whole container wraps the first post. As you go further down the page it gets worse until there is no formatting at all.
Since the group page is fine it leads me to believe it is a problem with the topic view page. My first step was to re-upload an unchanged sptopicview to the theme folder. This did not work. Here's a list of what I've done that didn't help.
1. disabled caching - though this doesn't effect forum
2. uploaded virgin sptopicview to theme.
3. disabled any plugins recently added.
4. tried different overlays
5. tried default themes and overlays.
I vaguely remember a similar issue, but I've searched and was unable to locate it. Here's a screenshot:
It's hard to tell without looking at the html source being generated but the most common reason - even while it is rare - are unbalanced html tags within post content. This can especially occur of something tagged incorrectly is pasted into post content.
My guess is you have been looking in the wrong place and need to start with the posts themselves - starting with the one in the screenshot...

Really any post of the forum at all.
Kind of hard to tell but there IS some ad injection code that is not quite right and it appears to be added to every post even though you can't see it. It's there in the html. Can you remove this temporarily to see what happens and I can come back when that is gone and take another look.

Sorry I haven't gotten back sooner. As soon as you mentioned ad injection I knew what the problem was! I re-enabled the ad injection plugin on pages and added the shortcode to the forum page to disable it on that page only. However, it appears that approach does not work! Removed shortcode and disabled ad injection on pages and all was well.
The funny, or not so funny, is I actually did this several months ago also - seems some people don't learn from their mistakes!
Good news.
Mistakes go into that little box in the corner of the brain called the 'embarrassment box' which we always keep locked except in those dark times when we are alone and we can hear it softly laughing. Don't know about you but it's not so much that I forget the mistakes as forget where I hid the key to get them out and look at them.
