Do you want to remove it? You can do that usually through the wordpress page settings for your theme sometimes, if not go to simple press admin, options, general display settings and check remove page title

or if you just want specific components of the title, go to forum - components - seo and choose which pieces of the title you want to use...

Hey Charles,

Isn't that just the name of the page you've chosen to use for the forum? See Forum > Integration > Page and Permalink >

The top option shows what page your forum is using, and you can rename that page through WP.
