This is my first time looking at themes for SPF.
I am probably missing a few things, here. I'm logged into both my blog and the forum as Admin. As I look at my forum page, I'm looking at the page with the forum. I'd like for the second three drop down menu to be a little smaller. As it is, the first two (Pick a Topic) and (Choose a forum) are a little too big and forcing an added line. Any way to fix this?
As for the fonts, they are great. I'm using the United theme. I was going to ask about color. I think I got it.
What I'm looking for is a theme that is clean and easy on the eyes. The reason for the blue is in my background color. Of course, my site header image has a nice green meadow - autumn. Any ideas? Are there other themes that I can look at?
United? perhaps Unified? there are multiple color overlays provided with Unified... try changing them on forum - themes - theme list... if none work, you will need to customize an overlay for the colors you want... its pretty much just css...
you can get other themes from our theme download page... but those are more about layouts than colors... overlays tend to control colors...
sounds like you have a quite narrow page space allocation for the forum if its forcing a new line there... no fear, you can change the css or position them differently in the template file... the css is controlled by:
#spMainContainer #spQuickLinksTopic, #spMainContainer #spQuickLinksForum
in the css or overlay file... you can change the font size there or the line height or height to try to shrink..
