How do I set 'watch topic' in forum for permissions.

I would like to receive email notifications for all topics, and allow my users to watch topics that interest them. I don't have a "Can watch topic" option in the 'edit permissions' menu. How do set this up?

have you downloaded and installed the Subscriptions and/or Watches SP Plugins?

Need to start with that!
Download from the same place as the v5 RC, unzip and upload the plugin folder to your server. It will tell you where in the integration > storage locations panel. Then go to the SP plugins admin panel and install/activate.
