Hi guys,

I've got a small problem in that my theme adopts my themes buttons and the reason it's a problem is that because the buttons are too big.

I've attached a screenshot for you to check it out.

I'd really appreciate your help with this.

Thanks,

Gavin

I dont see a screenshot...  a link would be better anyways as we would need to inspect the css using firefox/firebug...

Ah - looks like guests to the site can not get into the forums to view them.

I CAN see the login and search buttons and they look fine however. But if tyou need us to look at others then please PM login credentials to both myself and to 'Mr Papa'. Please include in the PM a link to your site, a link to this thread and brief reminder of the problem. And one of us will take a look for you.

This seems to be more insidious than just CSS leakage from your theme. It looks like there is some script running that is hunting down all submit buttons and imposing a class of .btn on them so it is this that you are seeing. Perhaps you could try adding to your WP theme CSS file something along the lines of...

#spMainContainer .spButton.btn { ...replacement styles... }

obviously replacing the styles that the class .btn defines with your own. Not sure of that would work as, of course, I am unable to try it but it should be a starting point.

Appreciate you taking the time to have a look!

Yes do come back - we can probably adjust the CSS if needed or if I have it wrong!
