Do you mean see through the black? Well you can remove it on your SP theme easily enough. Or perhaps add a little transparency to it. Not really sure if I am understanding you correctly.

Your WordPress theme (probably the theme) is having quite an effect on the forum display I see there. It would be worth trying to deal with that so at least things get displayed properly.
