On mobile phone, alike the search window, the login window does also display below our logo top bar, will be nice to have those search and login windows being displayed somehow in the middle of the screen instead of the top if possible...

Glad you have some of it working. In answer to your question on the tablet, I have not tested the forum on an actual tablet myself, so hopefully someone with more experience can answer this one - but you can set a specific tablet theme also. Have you done this?
As to your search and login problem on mobile, this is down to the header in your theme. It only has a z-index of 400, where our search box and login box have a much higher z-index, but for some reason it is taking precedence over our elements.
You should be able to fix this by lowering the z-index of your themes #header {
By the look of it - and maybe you can confirm this as it's your theme, but it shouldn't matter too much what the z-index of your header is because it disappears when scrolling down, so technically isn't ever over anything?
If so, try changing the z-index to '1'

This may depend on how your WP theme creates the menu. If you go to the forum admin >Integration > Page and Permalink panel - is the option to filter WP List Pages turned on? If not please try it.

Yes, the WP List Pages is turned on (green) and Allow multiple loading of forum content is also green, all others are not set , should I try to turn WP List Pages OFF ?

Yes please - that was the suggestion....
But I was rather hoping it was already turned off. This is probably going to come down to the way the menu is being constructed by the theme authors.
Do you have the page title turned off for the forum page? That might be something to look at as well.

We tried everything ( in implementation setting) but nothing changed . Now we removed the title from that page ...at least it does not display HOME when in the Forum page, and the author of the theme mentioned they found a way to "eventually" see the missing item in the menu so I am asking them to disclose the information and I will post it here maybe this can give you a clue what could be the problem.
