your currently selected overlay is sky blue... you said you were editing wintery blue...
so you either need to edit the correct overlay or change the overlay...

which button? buttons are also in the overlay file... change how you want...
if unsure which element to change, look in the main theme file and find which one is used...

as I said, look in your main theme css file, for our default, it would be default.php... and find the spButton class... there ya go... style how you want... it may be further defined in your overlay...
if you want to get more explicit, use firefox and firebug or you web dev tool of choice and inspect the element to narrow down more...
