How to have the Smileys Button for the list of smileys

Hi,

Below the edit window for posting, on our SP installation the smileys are all listed out and we have a long list, pushing the "Preview" "Submit" buttons far to low. We have tried both the default theme and the unified theme.

The way it is at this SP support forum is great. The Smileys are hidden inside the Smileys button, as with Options etc.  How can we achieve the same?

forum admin > options > Global Display Options: turn on 'Use the integrated editor options toolbar'
