OK, I've been trying to change language from english to portuguese with no success.
1º My wordpress is already in portuguese. Does it make any difference? I don't know...
2º I already read this http://codex.simple-press.com/.....alization/ couple of times.
3º I already went to wp-config.php file and changed WP_LANG. So now it is like this: define('WPLANG', 'pt_BR');
4º I already went to Simple Press Core and downloaded Front End pt_BR.mo
5º I already sent this file to wp-content/sp-resources/forum-language/simple-press
Did not work.
What I'm missing??

and how did you download the file pt_BR.mo?? that is not the filename it should be, nor is it what I get when I download th language...
it should bp sp-pt_BR.mo

Ok.. I have 2 files.
sp-pt_BR.mo and spDefault-pt_BR.mo
I have sp-pt_BR.mo inside wp-content/sp-resources/forum-language/simple-press
I have spDefault-pt_BR.mo inside wp-content/sp-resources/forum-language/sp-themes
Didn't work
Any thoughts?

I'm working with my own theme, which I was strongly suggested to create.
so if you use your own theme you need to rename this spDefault-pt_BR.mo to spyourthemename-pt_BR.mo
this tip should be in codex too...
