I have a SP forum which will be accessible through 2 domain names.
I would lilke to know how to proceed, if it's possible, to load a specific overlay for each domain name, let's say a black overlay for "myfirstdomain.com" and a red overlay for "myotherdomain.com".

before we get into that question can I ask how you are going to make it possible to access the same WordPress installation from 2 different domains?

to be more precise, the WP site is on "myfirstdomain.com", and the home page of the forum will be loaded in an iFrame from an Adobe Flex application hosted on "myotherdomain.com".

Interesting.
Well - as it happens - in the next update to SP due in before the end of this month - there is a new filter on the theme overlay loading which will enable you to set it from code very simply.
