I quite like the idea of running WPtocuh Pro to auto-switch to a mobile theme and it has been suggested that a mobile theme for SP V5.0 would be useful. I don't have the experience to do it from scratch but would be happy to help in any way I can if someone would like to start one.
I do have a test site with V5.0 Beta up and running.
Not at all familiar with that plugin, but Andy is a bit as he recently debugged a conflict between the two... so he may be able to offer some ideas...
With 5.0, you dont need a separate plugin such as wptouch pro though to switch themes for mobile... that option is already available in the sp themes admin panel... SP offers you the choice to use another sp theme for mobile devices... of course, you still need a mobile theme... here, we use the stacked theme for mobiles until a better one is available...
