Support Forum
I am using the Language and Theme selection plugin. When I use the Default theme, both the Stats and the user theme overlay selection appear at the bottom. When I use the iForum theme, neither one appears.
I have created a custom version of the iForum theme that I would like to show the user theme overlay selection but I can't find what I need to change to make that appear. I'm sure I must be missing something obvious, but I don't know where to look - could you let me know what I need to change to make this appear in my custom iForum theme?
The iForum theme does not make use of the spFoot template which is the one with the stats in it.
The best thing to do would be to take a look at any of the main view templates in, say, the 'default' theme and down the end you will find the call the the spFoot template. You will need to add that to the main templates of your custom theme.
And then this codex article will explain how to get the theme selection control in place: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-selector/
And like Steve - if this ever goes live then I would welcome the opportunity to see it in action if possible.

I knew it had to be obvious! The iForum theme actually includes the actual spFoot.php file but I had not picked up on the fact that it was not being used. I've added the proper call to use it and now things are working great - thanks!
Unfortunately this site will be private so I can't post it - but it is working great so far - thanks for all your help.
agreed. love it when we see a good mash up!
