yes, this is the default theme... its base font is inherited from your wp theme (12px)... and is a percentage of that... so if you wp theme has a small font, you may want to edit the sp theme and increase its base font - your own sp theme of course...

or add in the sp font resize plugin so folks can adjust as they want...
