Support Forum
Hi I've just installed Simple Press. There appears to be no formatting on my forum. I've tried a couple of different themes and I'm not sure what the problem could be.

any help will be greatly appreciated

Well that's not finding an SP theme at all. So - some questions...
Where did you put the Sp themes? I.e., did you put them in the proper Sp themes location.
And - if you go to the forum admin > Integration > Storage Locations - are all the locations ticked as available - especially the themes folder?

Ah yes. Sorry. On closer inspection I can see that you are getting an error when trying to load the theme CSS:
Internal Server Error
File ".../checkmygolf/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-themes/default/styles/default.php" is writeable by others
suPHP 0.7.1
This will usually signify a permissions issue with the folders and/or files. Camn you check the permissions on the sp-resources folder and contents - they should be the same as the parent wp-content folder. Also check, if you can the GUID/UID (folder ownership) which should also be the same as wp-content. You can usually do this via an ftp client or from something like the file manager in your hosting control panel.

That looks better... except your site is throwing script errors.
Your theme (at least I think it is yoiur theme) is loading a copy of jQuery from the Google CDN and it is also not using the WP API so there are two copies loaded.
This problem is explained here: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....-conflict/
It is usually real easy to fix up when we know where the and how the script is being loaded.
