It looks like the default theme is not being applied to my Forum.  I have a custom Wordpress theme, but it does allow me to have a blank page for plugins.  Can anyone help me troubleshoot?

Thanks,

first, try turning off the css caching...  forum - options - global settings...

if that doesnt work, then you might be one of a handful on one of those hosts will really tough set ups not allow php parsing of css files...   in which case  you will have to use a different theme...  try switching to the css only theme and see if that works any better...

Thanks.  It was already off.  I just tried to upload the CSS only theme and I am getting an error. Installed plugin failed.  No valid plugins were found.

You can download the CSS only theme from our download section and give that a try. As Steve said, this may be the root of the issue.

I see you are also seeing two 'forum' areas on your page, For this you can follow these tips: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....displayed/

'Not valid plugin'?

where are you putting the theme files? Should be (by default) /wp-content/sp-resources/css-only/ ???

I'm not "playing around". I'm just doing the defaults. I downloaded the css theme then used the Theme uploader.  This seems to be the default location.

Hi, there is no folder called css-only under sp-resources.  Should I make one and copy the files there?  Do I need to unzip the files on my computer and upload that actual files?  Or will Wordpress unzip them?
