Not sure is this ties in with the other two threads I made, but I noticed php errors in the header on my staging server using a kindle fire last night, I thought it was due to my custom theme, if I did not have tablet theme enabled, it seemed like it was trying to pull the theme templates from the unified theme, while showing the custom theme, so I deleted the custom theme and enabled the default theme and the errors disappeared from the header, but I noticed similar php errors in my live site error log, this is one of my users who was on my site just a few minutes ago, I think it's theme related because it is referring to the overlays. This is the updated default theme with the only mods being adsense code in the header and footer and changed the breadcrumbs to horizontal, any ideas?

Oh gosh! I had these just yesterday too!

The problem is caused by the Language and Theme User Selection plugin. I assume you have or are using it. Could you try deleting the cookie it saves on your machine called 'overlay'? That should help.

I am currently looking into a fix to clean this up.

I was using the language and theme plug in, but I deleted it last night thinking that was the problem, but it still showed up this morning, when you say machine do you mean my pc or server?

and for the record, I believe this just started since the last sp update and the theme updates

The cookie on your local machine I believe, and yes - we just came across it too!

been doing some testing, it seems to only happen when the theme site default is chosen for a theme, if a different theme is chosen, it doesn't happen, not sure if that helps

I wouldn't mind someone clarifying this, but having a look through tickets I believe this has been fixed up for the next version.
