I have PM enabled plugin but for some reason I do not see the button when posting a topic any ideas??

have you given folks permission to use the pm system? when you add a plugin, any need permissions will be defaulted to false (opt in vs opt out)... so check your permissions for using pms...

Sorry, not understanding that... Are you asking where do you give users permission? that would be on forum - permissions - manage permissions... and the permission set you have for your users - might be mulitple depending upon how many usergroups you have in play...

Ok got the moderators working sorry I did not have for them, But now how about admins I cannot see that anywhere. I am the only admin.
