Support Forum
I've installed Reboot, choosing the orange overlay (I want my forum page to look this this page here) with my website header at the top and the orange color.
However, what I got looks terrible! Take a look below:
Not only does it look terrible, I also can't see the website header image at the top.
Why doesn't it look right?
Does anyone know a developer who could help me set up the forum correctly?
I'd be grateful for some help
- Mary
can you provide a link to the site?
hard to tell from the limited image, but it appears you might not be getting any css at all... was a previous overlay of reboot working?
try going to forum - toolbox - housekeeping and clearing the combined css cache...
if that doesnt work, try forum - options - global options and try disabling the combined css cache... its possible that your server is not allowing the cache to work... though if it worked earlier, not likely that...

Hey Mr. Papa, thanks so much for taking this up. I've tried everything you said - and it's not made a difference.
This is the first time I'm using Simple:Press on this site.
I've tried changing the theme of the site (i've now installed Canvas by Woo themes). this hasn't made a difference.
I'm using OptimizePress to display the course I've created and am integrating Wishlist with Simple:Press.
What would the next step be to solve this problem?
Is it possible that I turned CSS off somewhere in Simple:Press?
on forum - themes - theme list, can you try switching to the css only sp theme? and see if that one works...
your server might be configured not to allow php parsing of css files...
do you run any firewalls such as Sucuri?
