Hi,
I have multiple subforums on one page but would want to split them up to show on different pages.
Is it possible ?

Example: I would like to only show the "About Forum" group with its subforums on a new page.

Simple:Press uses just one WP page to display itself on so multiple pages - as such - are not possible.
But - your page is not showing any 'sub-forums' but IS showing a very large list of main forums. We would normally recommend breaking those down into a more manageable number and the use of sub-forums is, of course, a good, possible way to do this.
Worth noting to that a large numbers of forums does effect overall performance.

Absolutely.
Display the 'Manage Groups and Forums' panel in the forum admin.
On the 'Group' entry - click on the 'Order Forums' button over on the right.
And read the popup help as that explains what you need to do to create sub-forums below parent forums.

Is there a limit as to the number of subforums you can have ?

No. No limits. They can be nested as well...
