Not sure if it's an issue with my browsers or what but when using a sig over a certain size the bottom of the post cuts the sig off. I have the same issue on this site as well as I do on my own.

Any ideas how to fix this bug?

No, not a bug... the template tag for the signature is designed to set a height limit on signatures...

if you want to allow bigger signatures, just modify the template tag:

sp_PostIndexUserSignature('tagClass=spPostUserSignature spCenter&maxHeightBottom=55');

in the spTopicView.php file to allow larger...

change the 55 to what height you want... as always, we suggest making your own sp theme: http://codex.simple-press.com/.....g-a-theme/

ah, sorry. I copied the default theme and created another theme using the default theme structure to get started.
