hahahahahahah
Andy, we will find out that you and I are cousins or something...
What can I say? My friend from Norwich is Liam Nolan. Very experienced tennis stringer, squash coach, he strung at Wimbledon for over 20 years. Wife Linda, 5 kids (4 boys, one girl). The oldest is about 37-38 years old, Liam Jr., squash coach as well.
The girl's name is Tamsyn, she is married to an Italian guy who is manager for Skype.
I don't remember the names of the other 3...
That's it, that's all I know.
As for my place, it's a small town (about 50K people) in between Turin and Milan called Vercelli.
It is the biggest producer of rice in Europe and one of the biggest in the world.
In the summer you can find a lot of frogs and mosquitos. It the winter, a lot of fog.
Pretty much, a paradise...
Oh my. I have just started to look at your child theme. This folder you sent me contains just about everything! Child themes are really just supposed to contain the minimal components necessary that require to be changed in some way. You are creating a lot of overhead here.
So - let's start, if we can, by you telling me what, exactly, you have changed....

I can try and compare to the original but that obviously takes time. What you have is virtually a complete custom theme and the overhead is large because you are loading up everything twice.
But the bottom line is that I don't actually have any problem with it as far as missing images go.

That's what I was thinking of doing, but it's too much work.
What if I use it as a custom theme and that's it? I will miss out on some upgrades but I guess it's going to be much simpler than going through hundreds of lines of code...
Maybe I could be able to fix it by looking at the theme that is up and running on my site and - by using Firebug - try and find out what I have modified...
Most of all, I translated most of what was hardcoded in English.
I need to let you know something...
Going back 2-3 pages in this thread, I had a problem with the width of the forum. If I switched off the sidebar and set the forum to show up full page, all the icons were disappearing.
I decided to get rid of the WP theme I was using and I am working on another one.
Guess what? With this new theme the icons are just there, magically, where they are supposed to be!
I will NEVER use another WP theme with the Gantry framework, I promise!
