Hi,

I downloaded the plugins and they're only showing when I get in as an admin, the users cannot see them.  Can you help me please?

Using smileys and/or attachments need permissions to be set so you will need to turn these permissions on (Manage permissions) for any permissions sets you are using and wish to allow access to use these options.
