Hi! theres a String that doesn´t appear translated on the profile... i know that you guys is the only thing you can check! so... here is a pic!

as you can see the " list topics .... " is on english... and believe me that is the spanish translation is 100%

But in the translation files these strings of text are NOT in capitals and the gettext engine is case sensitive. That, I assume, is the problem.

That letters are in capital vía CSS coding... so it should not be the problem... at least on other buttons are working nice for me...

I stand corrected. However, changing my site to use 'es' and downloading the latest core SP MO file the buttons are correctly translated for me:
Whoops. They are bigger than I thought - a problem with retina displays!
Perhaps you should try refreshing the PO file download?

Yep, you´re right, but on my forum is strange... cause when I click on my profile it appears on spanish, but when i click on a user profile ( not mine ) it appears untranslated...
I checked it with the CSS only theme and default theme... so is not a theme problem...
I`m sure i have the newest translation since I translated it 
Maybe is there an update there?
Can you please check if when you see another profile and his profile opens on a pop up it still get translated?

If you look at my images above then you will see one of them is from my own profile popup and the other from another users profile (Mr Papa in this case). And they were both fine. I just put the CSS transform rule in place for the second one to try that at the same time.
As far as I am aware there have been no updates to the core SP front-end PO file in 5.4.1.
I would still grab another copy just in case.
