asked earlier, but what resolution are you running?  I cannot get it to happen here until I go very narrow width resolution...

When I open a new topic
Text box go on the Sidebar
Then can not press on the buttons

My resolution 1024X768
* It does not matter what my resolution - it must properly work in any resolution

You will probably need to remove some buttons from the tinymce editor - or move them from the top toolbar to the second row. In the admin components menu.
And by the way - you told us above that this observation was referring to our site not yours.
