Sadly those notices are innocent!

Unless anyone else has any ideas I really do urge you to go back to your hosting support and (a) ask them what they meant by their previous reply and (b) if they have in any way stopped php files from being run as css emulation files (and of they have can they allow it in the theme folder).

I should add that we could probably (i am unsure of the effort involved) generate a separate CSS file but the bottom line is that it would be more useful for your system to behave properly.

To save me going back a page is this a standard theme or has it been customised at all?

Standard.

I passed on the questions to the host and for now I have activated the CSS-Only Theme.

Here’s what they said…

Have you tried re-uploading the plugin to make sure that all the necessary files are there?  I haven’t been able to find any permissions that are amiss, and the plugin should function on our server with no problems.  From what I have read in this ticket so far, and what I have been able to see, it is possible there is a file that is missing and was removed because of it’s malicious content, or that had some key code removed for a similar reason.

So the actual question regarding running php as a css file was unanswered.

I reckon it is something to do with this site-lock. Is that something you can turn off just for a few minutes to see if it responsible?

Any next steps we can take? I’d like to get the Reboot theme up and running ASAP.

would be nice to get an answer on css being a php file..

have you tried the css only theme?  just as a reference point to make sure its not permissions issue…

if you want a css version of reboot, we could generate one for you if you tell us which overlay you use..

I’d like to try the css version of reboot. The CSS seems to be working fine right now.

I use the “ORANGE” overlay.

I just noticed this morning…I use the Newsletter plugin. When the plugin attempts to bring up the Newsletter theme I get a 404 error. Could those two problems (forum theme and Newsletter theme) be related?

They might well be caused by a similar issue but I have to be honest and say I have no experience of this plugin myself. I still feel personally that this is a server/hosting issue.
We will generate a Reboot/;orange CSS file for you,

Sounds good. What is the ETA of the orange CSS file?

I emailed it to you a couple of days ago. Used the email address you are signed up to on this site. If not in your email inbox suggest you look in the spam/junk folder.

So I see there is a new SP theme update.

What is the process in my scenario to update my custom generated CSS Reboot orange theme?
