theme panel not visible in forum admin

I have downloaded the 'iforum' theme and put it in the appropriate place, following the guidelines provided here:

But I have no "themes" tab in my simple press admin panel.

Where did I go wrong?

Go to the forum admin > Admin > Manage Admins panel and make sure you have the capabiity to Manage themes turned on,. It might have missed it...
