TinyMCE IE issue with display

TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor v1.0.4 dosen't work in IE. ONLY show sopiler icon. IN all other browsers plugin menu is there, but not in IE

It works for me just fine... did you look here?? which version of IE... officially, we support IE 8 and IE 9...
