Is it poosible to show the toolbox icon always?

The moderators do not show up in the forum (admin ok)

are you saying your moderators do not see it? and they have permission to moderate posts? and are a member of a usergroup that has the moderator flag set?

No, it cannot be always displayed... and even if it was, the visibility to moderators would still be the same... so if there is an issue there, we need to resolve it...

I did verify on a test installation that the forum tools is working for moderators...

It took awhile before it shows up in the buttom footer. It works perfect

The Toolset, can it be visible all time? (or buttom for manage post)

Actually yes - the tools icon can be displayed all the time for those that are allowed to see it if this is what you really want to do. You need to add a 'hide=0' parameter to the tools calling function in the template (sp_TopicForumToolButton).

ah, learn something new every day!

but if its showing up in the bottom footer, then I suspect you have an outdated sp theme... that wasnt updated for signatures and positioning of the tools.
