Hi,
I use the Unified theme, and I notice that it looks not to the layout of the theme of your forum. Could you tell me what theme you use?

Currently this support forum uses a customised version of our 'default' theme - with an equally customised overlay - for both desktop and tablet views. It uses 'unified' when loaded on a mobile phone utilising the 'blue' overlay - the same one I believe you are using.

I can not really answer that. If you have NOT made any changes to it then no - it is as supplied. Customization is an individual thing.

I have not made any changes, I know we can change the theme but unfortunately I do not know how to do that.
