Indeed it is possible. Simple:Press is template driven in the same way that WordPress itself is.
We seem to be looking at the forum view (list of topics in a forum) so with Unified you will want to take a look at the spForumView.php template in the /templates folder of your SP theme. If you take a look through that you should be able to see the structure when you compare it to the display. Each individual element has it's own function call (template tag) so moving things around is pretty simple. In this case you will need to define a new column though but again - you should see how this is done in the current template.
