Support Forum
another weird thing on mobile, a lot of people are using smaller tablets, I decided to check my site with my wifes kindle fire, landscape looks fine, portrait for some reason the log in drop down self expands. When my daughter gets home from school later I will check with her mini ipad and see if it's the same.
I'm not sure if you can have any other browser than Silk on Kindle, and I've not used it myself, but I'm pretty sure it only supports some aspects of CSS3, namely basic features. In fact I'd be interested to know in general how Reboot works on it.
I'm not expecting it to be fully compatible, as technically speaking we don't 'support' Silk, and therefore don't test it.
I do know it's webkit based and that most likely means it will fall back on the webkit rules, but as we know too well, Chrome and Safari are webkit based and behave completely differently with some stuff. And if it only supports basic CSS3 features it will probably behave strangely in places!
But as to smaller tablets, it should work fine, let us know how you get on with the ipad mini.
