Greetings Everyone..

Just thought i would pass this SEO tip around.

It's especially useful if you export your forums posts via RSS to Facebook, etc. It cures that problem of Facebook grabbing the 1st image it finds when your post has no images. Allows setting a default image to use for Facebook and Google+ posts with no image. Plus of course it adds important Open Graph meta tags to your pages, both on the WordPress blog posts pages and SimplePress forum posts.

I added this plugin and it screwed up my site. The forum page showed the forum twice, the first in widescreen and then in the normal 960px as per my theme. I had to remove it.

you could have just gone to forum - integration - page and permalink and played with the display in loop and display multiple options...

some discussion about direct support of this... but since WP core doesnt support it, if we added it might conflict with other plugins that add it too...

I quit using that plug in, many many updates. Jet Pack does mostly the same thing with it's sharing module. Since spl uses a wp page it might be supported too.

No its lazy... just uses the wp permalink which is wrong for dynamic content on the page...
