Support Forum
[Site is a combination of Simple-Press and Extra by Elegant Themes. I have tested this problem with all plugins deactivated (except SP) with same result.]
Using toolbox to attempt to move a post, I get an error page
The information you’re about to submit is not secure
Because this form is being submitted using a connection that’s not secure, your information will be visible to others.
Send Anyway | Go Back
'Send Anyway' accomplishes nothing.
The same result with attempting to Reassign a post.
I haven't tested all functions in toolbox, just encountering things as I need them.
Other probably unrelated bugs I still need to track down include:
- Default User Group Permissions table doesn't show all available User Groups if they were added after the time that forum Group was created. Groups created earlier I'm having to re-create and add at least one Forum before I can see all the available User Groups to set permission sets.
- Two of the SP plugins have always refused to update
Any insights would be appreciated! Simple-Press is great and I want to see all the amazing bells and whistles working like they should.
Clicking the forum toolset within a post:
The toolset appears, and the browser Console shows
Mixed Content: The page at '<URL>' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form that targets an insecure endpoint '<URL>'. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection.
10 of these items are in the list.
Clicking the "reassign this post" link
(There is a red notice here that "This forum is not secure. Autofill has been turned off.")
Choosing an existing ID, and hit button Reassign:

Send Anyway | Go Back
That's all I've got at the moment. Are there other error logs I should be looking at?
Found the problem.
I was having issues with Mixed Content, which was solved by doing a database correction with Better Search Replace.
Replaced all "http://" with "https://"
Everything is working now. I haven't yet tested the two stubborn SP plugins, but they're probably fine.
Looking forward to launching. I'm sure the members will enjoy this forum.
