Here is another screen capture showing the problem I am encountering.

When I open an image on SPF, the X to close is useless.

I unlocked this topic.

If the issue with the popup is still happening, please check your browser's javascript console to see if there are any errors.

Though, from the image you posted, it looks like you've set the menu area to overlap the forum area so you would need to fix that first - otherwise the menu area is the one that will be receiving the click event.
