Hi,
Today I tried to update this plugin from 1.0.0 to 1.2.0.
This did not work. It generated the following error message:
"Download failed. Too many redirects".
Tried twice.

hmmm...not sure why that would be. We'll check it out. In the meantime you can download it directly from your account screen and upload via http://FTP. If FTP isn't an option then you can delete the existing plugin and re-upload the new one from the FORUM->PLUGIN screen.

What is the URL for downloading premium plugins and theme installer? I'm getting the same problem while upgrading from within WordPress.

Hi:
There are a couple of places in your account where you can get this. Here's the easiest way:
- Log into your account on our site.
- Look at the top of the screen - you'll see your login name in the menu with a black background. Click on it to reveal a drop-down menu. Choose ACCOUNT from there.
- On the account screen, click on DOWNLOAD HISTORY. You'll see a link for 'premium-installer' next to your purchase.

I was able to download the premium-installer from the Download History but it appears to be the same version as the one downloaded before. The two zip files are the same exact size and there is nothing inside which can tell me the version. Perhaps you can tell me where I can find the version number to confirm which version I just downloaded.

Hello:
In the zip file, there is a file called sp-installer-plugin.php. At the top of that file is a version number. It should say 1.2.0 which is the latest released version
