Hi, I tried to look for updates in options, but there is a long time "waiting" and than an error message("something went wrong, please try again")

Hi:

hmmm...It is possible that the update request is being blocked by the cloudflare firewall for some reason. You can download the update files directly from your account on our site. If you need instructions on how to upload those files to your server let us know.
