Support Forum
Hi guys
Purchased silver bundle even though I only need the "ads" as a way of supporting the excellent work done here.
Unfortunately the plugin does not work for me, when I try and go to "ADS" Dashboard > Forum > Ad sets , I get an error "Sorry you are not allowed to access this page"
When i go via simple press administration page and click on ad sets, and i click "ADD AD SET" nothing happens, nothing at all
Absolutely gutted
thanks in advance
Hi:
How many WordPress admins do you have? Can you go to FORUM->ADMINS->MANAGE ADMINS and see if all the boxes are checked for your admin user?
If you're clicking on a button and nothing is happening it's probably a JS conflict with another theme or plugin. Can you look in your browsers' JS console to see if there are any JS error messages?
Thanks.
Thanks for replying, yes its my admin account and yes all boxes are checked, here is a paste from the console.

Ah. 5.6 isn't certified with Simple:Press yet - you'll see on wordpress.org that we're only certified to WP 5.5. Maybe it's that or maybe it's a conflict - it's going to be hard to tell which one it is. You might want to try deactivating other WordPress plugins and switching to the 2020 theme temporarily to see if it works. If it does then you'll know its a conflict with another plugin or theme. If it doesn't then it's probably something we're conflicting with in WP 5.6.
