This would depend greatly upon your "specific plugins and customized specifications".

You may get quicker/better responses if you provide specs regarding group/forum count, plugins, site integration or any other specific needs. Feel free to PM or post details...

I need my custom template and custom plugins to match the layout of this forum site "www.d2jsp.org"

I really would like all the "register " "login" and every other button style to be as close as possible to that site

and there needs to be a plugin that implements a site currency that i would only have control over " Joop Coins " that are tradable between users and purchasable from me the admin

This is not for SP team only...  Anyone can respond to the request and take the job...

And, you are migrating from your current Forum platform? Or, are you setting up a new forum? If the latter, how extensive (# of groups, sub-forums, user groups, etc.) and what SP plugins (PM system, etc) do you plan to implement?

Regardless, considering that custom "site currency" plugin alone, you may need to re-evaluate your budget.

This will be a new forum and I need it completely customizable, the budget I put down was for the start up of this project, as far as custom theme and installation setup.  I would of course pay per each custom plugin and integration.

If someone wants to work with me on this consider yourself in for a good chunk of change over the next couple months. I have the money to put down to the right person.
