its just another wp plugin... upload to wp plugins folder... activate... then under the simple press menu, at the bottom, will be the importer link...

you need a clean forum install...

let us know how it goes... importer has held up very nicely... couple issues with some diff char sets that we are working, but all in all pretty good...
