#1 yes...  the table and included html is invalid...  you have various tags between tr and td elements which cannot be (must be between td and /td)...  also if  you look at the code, you pasted a whole bunch of MS crap from Word or other RTF editor...  all that worthless junk can mess up styling too...  when pasting from Word you really should use the paste from Word button...
