A plugin that allows chat between members would be great. Or possibilities for a forum / topic where we could insert a code to have conversations in real time.

Hi:

Thanks for the suggestion. We've thought about doing this but its an extraordinary amount of work - the development cost would easily reach 5 digits. Given the numerous other chat options out there, its not something we're likely to be able to get a payback on our investment. So we've put it aside for now.
