No it is not fixed, again, with the note about the last comment in a thread, once it receives a reply, does not appear. However, putting a reply on another comment earlier, it works.
Maybe I can take a screen shot video to help illustrate it? Or do you have another preference?
video might help... Thus far, we have not been able to replicate, so it might point out exactly what you are doing in case we are doing something slightly different... we had replicated it and then the fix @yellow-swordfish posted fixed it, so a bit perplexing...

Ok I am having an issue creating a full video. Sadly, it only recorded part, but this illustrates the part that does not work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?.....HPPlHFwc
As you can see, I scroll to the oldest topic and the last/latest message. I post a reply, and going back to the index, it shows as the latest thread, yet when entering the forum, it still shows on the last page.
What the video does not show, is if I go to the message above the last, create the same reply, it will then bump itself to the top of the forum, and it works.
So whatever the bug is -- it's the LAST message in the forum.
Does this video help at all? Like I said, I am having a heck of a time creating a video. On this system, I dont think the video card is powerful enough.
I am not a YouTube user myself but all I get when I go to that link is a black video area and in the middle left is a circle with an exclamation mark inside it. The rest of the page doesn't load.

I apologize, that was my fault, as I had the wrong setting selected that made it "private" vs. "unlisted."
It should work now.
So you have an example to illustrate it isn't showing.
I put a response to the last comment in the thread here:
http://www.theblackvault.com/c.....ious-read/ (Just scroll to the bottom)
Yet on the forum index, you can see it does not appear at the top here: http://www.theblackvault.com/c.....rituality/
But rather, it still appear on Page 55 of the index, as still one of the oldest:
We didn't actually go and see the forum listing at the end of your video but i get the idea. And you have described it multiple times during this thread so I understand what you are witnessing.
However - after the fix I put in I am still not seeing this and am unable to replicate the problem.
So question - did you rebuild the index on the forum after applying the code change?

No I didn't - and found out how to do it.
Once I rebuilt them all one by one, I did a test, and that seemed to work.
I am sorry I did not know to do that - but THANK YOU!
