I'm a resgistered user and I don't see a button for adding a thread to the support forum. How come?

I see you have registered a free account but access to support forums requires membership. This FAQ explains all: https://simple-press.com/membership-faq/

Ok, I see that support is a paid service. I cannot afford that but I just want to warn you that the default theme is not showing the group titles (maybe it's a bug)..

Cheers

Well thanks for the contact but I am not able to replicate any problem like that. Are you sure that you do not need to clear browser cache of current CSS?

Or perhaps you could provide a link to your forum so I can look at the CSS being applied?

You see, the forum was fine until I updated. So I made a new installation and I can see that the forum goups title are not appearing in the default themes. They do appear in the new Barebones theme, though.

I also believe that every open/close arrow is not actoive anymore.

You can view my new installation here: http://agendadelvolo.info/forum/

Thank you for investigating,

Ah that - I believe - is because we have an error in a file name within the plugin. Would you be able to edit it?
It is at /forum/context/resources/jscript/
There is a file named:
sp-group-view .js
You will see there is a space between the ‘view’ and the ‘,js’ – could you remove it

I can see there is already a file with no space before .js which is bigger that the one with a space.

I guess you mean I have to delete the second file and not the space. I have tried so but the groups titles are still missing.

No, You need to remove the space in the specific file I referred to. There is only one file of that name,

I do appreciate your patience, but removing the space has no effect either.

Ah - I see it. Something - your theme or another plugin - is loading the Bootstrap library and for reasons I am unaware of, is causing the text to be set to non-visible.

Bootstrap is NOT supported by WordPress as standard and causes many display problems with plugins that use the supported jQuery UI library.
